Anderson Slater is a successful restaurateur and business owner who has been in the food industry for over two decades. Born and raised in the small town of St. Louis, Missouri, Anderson grew up with a passion for cooking and hospitality. After graduating from high school, he attended culinary school and earned his degree in culinary arts.
After completing his studies, Anderson moved to Los Angeles where he began working as a chef at some of the city’s most renowned restaurants. He quickly gained recognition for his creative dishes and unique style of cooking. After several years of working as a chef, Anderson decided to take the plunge into entrepreneurship and opened his own restaurant in downtown Los Angeles.
